00Overview
Apache Doris saw 89 merged PRs from 46 contributors this week, with momentum concentrated in Kernel & Engineering and Real-time Data Warehouse (123 items combined), followed by Compute-Storage Separation/Cloud-Native and Multi-modal Lakehouse as a second growth axis, while security & governance, agent observability and ecosystem integration round out the picture. The three headline directions—converging Iceberg/Paimon/Lance/Fluss catalogs, tunable and observable cloud-native storage, and decoupled row binlog/TSO—point to one trajectory: Doris is unifying the lakehouse, object storage and streaming paths on a stronger execution kernel, converging toward a production-grade real-time analytics platform.
